Warning - don't ever open a FNB bank account!!!

I took out a smart device phone with FNB n they debited my account for 7mnts on the wrong debit date I tried to change it a million times but was unsuccessful, in the process I paid banking charges n my ITC record has been affected, I ask them to collect the phone n to close my bank account they refuse to, I have changed bank accounts n will not be responsible for any charged upon that. I have instructed for my over draught facility to be cancelled as I dnt want any over draught on my account., this was done successfully at Tokia. I made a purchase that went through but when I went to go draw money a week after that the ATM showed me I have available balance but can't draw any money, a day after that I tried to draw money again the same story. I was shock when I went into the bank and found out that the purchase I made went through but I never had money in my account and I owe the bank R588.00, a week after that I went to the bank and I was told I owe the bank R809.00. How is this possible the purchase had to be declined, FNB is messing up my ITC record. Please forward me the contact details of the regional manager. I want explanations, my ITC record to be cleared N FNB Closed!
