AFTER I HAVE SPOKEN TO BRANCH MANAGER AT BEDFORD GARDENS, HE GAVE ME NUMBERS TO PHONE FOR PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT AFTER I WAS DECLINED FOR DEBT CONSOLIDATION - FOR WHAT THEY RAVE ABOUT ON RADIO. PHONED 0860102631 THEY PUT ME TO 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND AFTER 4 OTHER NUMBERS, STILL DIDN'T GET ANYWHERE, I CAN NOT MAKE A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT, I MUST BE IN ARREARS FIRST. NOW IT WENT SO FAR I HAVE BEEN HANDED OVER AFTER I PERSONALLY TRIED EVERYTHING AND PHONED 10 000 TIMES AND DIDN'T GET ANYWHERE. YESTERDAY I PHONED 0860362002 AND THEY SAID I MUST PHONE 0875774000 AND THEY SAID I MUST PHONE 0875779729 AND THEY SAID I MUST PHONE 0875779281 THAT PERSON WASN'T THERE I LEFT A MESSAGE AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO PHONE ME BACK. WHAT THE PEOPLE SAY AND WHAT THE LETTER SAYS THAT I RECEIVED DOESN'T TIE UP. FIRST NATIONAL BANK YOU ARE NOT WHAT YOU ARE ACCORDING TO YOUR ADVERTS! I WAS A CLIENT FOR 27 YEARS, I CLOSED ALL MY ACCOUNTS WITH MY KIDDIES ACCOUNTS. YOU ARE VERY DISAPPOINTING WHEN IT COMES TO HELPING A CLIENT IN NEED AND THAT CAME FOR ADVISE BEFORE EVERYTHING WAS SUPPOSE TO BLOW UP IN MY FACE.
