Pathetic service!!

I am a paraplegic and is wheelchair bound so going in to the bank every time is a huge hassle
My Fiance who has full signing rights on my account Went to draw money at the ATM the money came out but it said my card has been cancelled. She went in to the bank to get this sorted out and the people at the branch were not helpful at all and she even spoke to a manager. Everyone there has extremely bad attitudes and now I have to pay R180 for a new card where this is an error on FNB's side! This is not my first problem I had with FNB I am seriously considering changing banks.

The Branch is extremely incompetent, RUDE!!! And slow this is the worst service I have EVER received, I won't recommend anyone switching to FNB!!
