I went to the branch atm in ballito to draw cash. The ATM was out of service. Upon approaching Mhlengi at the branch, Mhlengi responded quite rudly and in full view of other customers, what am I expected of him, should he go and fill the ATM just so that I can draw cash.
Upon speaking to Janine, she said i should rather go to checkers or another banks atm and draw cash, adising of the additional charges that will be incurred. Why should i go to another bank if i am paying Capitec bank charges for facilities that should be available to me. There is a serious lack of customer service and training for your customer facing staff.
No even an apology was forth comming for the poor service received.
Perhaps i should move my bank account to an institution that cares about service
