The branch manager of the FNB at Swartruggens is rude to the core. She undermines black people and is not afraid to show it. She doesn't even try to pretend when she' speaking to a black person and when she is speaking on the phone you can immediately pick it up if she's speaking to a black person cause she will be rude and it will be written all over her face. Every time that i go to that branch and i end up having to deal with her i always leave the bank irritated. The apartheid era is gone people.
Whoever is responsibility for placing branch manager please remove that woman from that branch. Swartruggens is full of black people and if you manager cannot deal with us she should be placed somewhere else. She is rude beyond the word rude. Place someone who will treat us equally and fairly and not undermine black people. We are just as important as all the other races and wee bank the same money as them. and we add as much value to FNB as them.
