Refusal to Remove Adverse

I was conned into taking up an Insurance Policy I did not need. I subsequently cancelled the policy, but was later registered as a non payer on ITC for an amount of R109.00. I contacted their call centre and was told that Capitec Bank have to remove the adverse and not them.

I want this adverse removed immediately and a written apology from The Unlimited.
