Another "beep" Bank

My wife moved her bank from A (Beep) Bank to FNB 3 weeks ago. She applied online and got a phone call the following day. She was told to go ino her closest branch (The Reds) to supply them with the documentation which was required. She has done so. She supplied them with a marraige certificate, proof of id and address, payslip and 3 month's bank statements. after a week she recieved a sms telling her thatthey haven't recieved her documentation andd if she doesn't take it in, they will not carry on with the application. she phoned the branch at The Mall@Reds, which in return told her they have recieved notinh, she will have to submit everything again. She went in to the branch, only to find out after about 45 minutes that the person that took her documentation, left it in his drawer. It just amazes us that the marketing campiagn is very hot, it is just as good as the capability of the people working for you. In our eyes, this is just another "beep" bank. Defeninately not as smooth as your ad campaign claimes it will be. She was just phoned regarding the special for the Samsung Tablet, to find out that if she takes it, she will have to pay for her withdrawel transactions at an ATM?
