Standard bank is useless!!!

4TH Dec my SUM1 was swallowed by Std back ATM.I informed the teller @ the Std bank in Selcourt towers & was charged R45.I was using this acc for my savings. When I tried to draw the money, it showed the money in my account but I wasn't able to draw the money. I went to the Springs branch in the Avenues, they set up a new account and they informed I will now be able to draw the money. I tested it and swiped my card, it said 'insufficient funds' so I had to go back to that branch. They told me the acc they had given me was to draw money not swipe. What exactly is the point in that? They had then moved me to the 'grown up' acc. I tested by drawing the money and it worked. The Monday I left for Margate I went to an FNB to draw the money and couldn't, so again had to go to a std back branch. The consultant informed me that I must only draw from Std bank ATM.He said he had fixed it I tested, didn't work again! So I had to go back to Std bank and then I realised the consultants hadn't linked my SUM1 to my new acct.3 different branches couldnt pick it up? Dealing with Std bank is complete waste of time and I've never dealt with such useless people! With pleasure I'll be closing this ineffective acc!!
