I went into FNB and i queried the charges to my bank account as i have "Unlimited" transactions. There response was you are limited to 6 withdrawals a month but then i said so you force me that i can only draw 3000 at a time and only draw 8000 a day so within 2 days my unlimited transactions is used. So i pay almost R700 to have unlimited transactions just be billed an extra R1310 a month for what so you can make money pathetic!!!
So the manager on duties response was what do you wanna do with all the money really what the has it got to do with anyone where my money goes or for what i use it. FNB suppose to be the most affordable bank going forward bull... they use false marketing to draw you to open an account then you work you toes off to pay them to keep your money safe. Then the manager of the bank still as the audacity when i said i am not gonna except this she shrugged her shoulders and walk away. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WELL DONE. IF they cant reimburse me for my unlimited charges i think i will change to CAPITEC as i hear they have almost zero bank charges and there transactions is actually unlimited.
