Exactly a week ago I wrote a report on Easypay about a refund that was made onto my account. The Easypay team called and confirmed that the refund has indeed been made and that I can now create a new virtual credit card and make a purchase. I did try make a purchase but it was declined twice. To this day my refund of R1217 still does not reflect on my EP Wallet. I called the call centre twice but couldn't get any help. First a lady called Linda made me hold for a good 5 minutes and later tells me I should call after 09h00 since the system was slow. I did call after 9 (around 12h00) and once again I was put on hold forever and after more than 10 minutes on the call I decided my network provider will probably charge me more for the call calls I've been making and decided to hangup.
