FNB increase fee 12.5%, free eBucks to resolve

I received notification of a fee increase for my FNB Platinum account of 12.5%. I wrote to the premier banker complaining of this way above CPI increase to which I received an impersonal response in the form of a brochure detailing the benefits of a Platinum account.
Replied to that and received an email from a manager called George Mokholela stating that I received x amount in eBucks awards and that covers the increase amount. Then he offered 350 free eBucks as a goodwill gesture.
I replied again rejecting his email and eBucks offer as insulting after which I received a call from Ettienne Mooi, the Head of Premier banking in Gauteng.
We had a chat and while Ettienne was most friendly and tried his best to explain the increase the conversation ended with me a) rejecting the eBucks after he offered it again and b) stating that the issue was not resolved as I still have not been offered a reduced increase amount.
Imagine my surprise today when I saw 350 eBucks in my account labelled as 'Dispute resolution'. I immediately contacted FNB and told them to remove it from the account.

Seriously unimpressed with FNB after being a client for over 20 years.
