Dear Easypay Team,
Third report still on Easypay after they confidently responded to my last report saying they have refunded me and the balance will reflect on my EP Wallet. News is my EP wallet balance has been R0.00 since the day of my complaint and was never credited. I have never successfully used my VCPay since then. I'm never using VCPay untill this is sorted and I'm definitely not loading money on my EP Wallet since it could potentially disappear.
1. Can I get an sms notification that confirms money has been loaded on my EP Wallet.
2. Can someone actually check from your system that my balance is actualy R1, 127
