I have been using VCpay and I havent had any problems until one of the online shops I used refunded me on the virtual credit card. Yesterday (Tues the 10th Jul) I received a refund from paypal into one of my VCpay credit card that I had used for the purchase in March. I contacted the customer care and asked them why the refund does not reflect on my EP wallet. The gentle man I spoke with mentioned that a virtual credit card does not get credited. I called once again to ask if I could have the details of the credit cad so I can use it for the next purchase. I made the purchase in March so the credit card does not appear on my VCpay app anymore and there is no way I can navigate to transaction history to get the details of the credit card I made the purchace with. When I made this point the the lady I spoke with on the phone she hang up. All I want is:
1. To somehow get the credit card details that I used for the purchase just so I could use it again or
2. Get the money to reflect on my EP Wallet.
