On the 29th March 2013, i made a purchase from a merchant overseas, making payment using my VC card. The merchant replied by saying they regret to inform me that they cancelled my order because i didnt. meet the minimum required amount . so i agreed, I see the amount came out my VC Pay account. When i inquired from the from the merchant the refund, they replied by saying i must contact my C/C company, when i call EASYPAY for the refund, they logged a query on the 30th March . till date there is no response from them . i made 4 calls without any resolution.all i want is the the credit to be passed. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
