Home Loan Application Process Complaint

I started a home loan application process with STD Bank on the 22 June, today by the 18 Jul no feedback. on verge of losing opportunity to buy the property for my family. the bank has failed me, have been using this bank since varsity.
lack of feedback and accountability throughout the process.

22 Jun, application started @ bank ID/payslips given to N Malahlea
25 Jun, proof of residency emailed
1 Jul, offer to purchase delivered to bank, as email box was full
2 Jul, sms from bank to send through docs already given in, resent docs on email
4 July email from bank to submit same docs, emailed info again
asked for additional payslips that were not asked for from the start, sent these through on 9 Jul
No communication from bank, called 16 July was promised an escalation & a call within24 hrs
17 Jul called bank again, told application non-existent, called later in the day was told all docs present with the bank but application had expired, it would be reinstated at 3-5 days. Ref40082357

Offer to purchase has expired, The seller has given me a few more days, worst of all I had not applied with any other bank.
