Application Query

On March 27 I send all the necessary documents for aplication for debt consolidation loan.28 Mar I recivd an email to complete an excel balance sheet.28 Mar I completed the excel balance sheet and sent it back. April 2 I was asked to sent 3 months bank statement and payslips. I did reply back with the requested documents but please note that I had already sent these documents on March 27. I have recently moved my accounts to standard bank so I thought they will not require the bank statement. Never the less I did send again the bank statement. AprIL 3 I recivd an sms that they have not yet recieved my application documents. I tried to call the customer assist number the whole day but there was no one to answer. So I was proactive and send again all the documents since i was not able to get a phone contact. Everytime I sent the docs I make a follow up with a fone call just to speed up the process. I also use both email and fax. Today this monring I recieved an email saying we hav nt yet recieved yur docs. I made a phone call and spoke with a gentleman who then confirmed tht they hv all the docs and i shld ignore the prev email. My question is will my application be handled professionaly
