I'd like to make an official complaint about the new online banking website. I understand that you are trying to make you platform accessible via mobile devices, but open your eyes.
1. the new design is horrible - how is it possible that i can't see a summary of 6 accounts on a 23" screen?
2. the site barely works - often down and the previous site had more functionality
3. the attitude of the support staff is "get used to it"
4. there was no backup plan. you should at least have run them in parallel.
5. the communication that there was change coming was shocking. "the new FNB online banking. experience it 14 July" is simply not good enough.
6. as a customer, i'd like to test drive a car before i buy it. the same applies here.

really, guys. you (fnb) have great products and used to have the best internet banking site. i personally recommended you to my friends and family. With this new abomination as your online face, i can no longer do that. This evening was the first time where i told a friend to stay away.

and don't patronize me by saying "we are working to make it better" or "you'll love it after you've used it" etc.
I wont'. ever.

give us the old site back!
