I did a online application for a home loan and was approved. So I recieved a sms that said I must submit the neccesary documentation to standard bank home loans. I then faxed through the docs and had no respond back. I then also emailed it through to there info email addres. I then phoned the call centre to follow up and spoke to a lady named Stella. She told me they never recieved the docs by fax and I have the faxed confirmation saying it went through. But I did not argue and just asked her for a email. I then send every thing through by email again. After that Stella told me I still need to submit the offer to purchase docs that I didn't had. I then went and got the docs and try to mail them to stella direct but the mail did not go through. I then took the email addres that I recieved by Andries Potgieter and send it through to that mail.

So today I phone again to follow up and spoke to Kevin but he said they did not recieve the mail and I gave him the mail addres I recieved from Andries but Kevin said there is not such a email. I asked to talk to a manager on duty but every one was in a meeting. As a prestige banker I will go to SA home loans and move my banking to ABSA.
