14/02/2013 sent my application, 18/02 was asked to submit 2 of hubby's outstanding payslips, 19/02 submitted payslips. 25/02 sent email, 27/02/2013 got response (Thank you for your application (dated 14/02/2013). Your application is still in the process, with no updated outcome as yet. Pls b advised that our turnaround time is 15 working days after receiving your request.) from 27/02 - 19/03/2013 it was exactly 15 days excluding weekends. I have called everyday&sent emails even now I just called. the response for the past 3-4 wks is (your application is currently with the manager for finalisation once done the manager will call you with feedback) I called cust resolution last wk & got a ref no for it but still nothing. I did'nt want to do this I am worried that this complaint will affect my application negatively ive been patient for 2 months, don't know what else to do. Stndbank is my bank for over 12years now moved from feb2007 - Mar2011 coz worked 4 another bank when I resigned from that bank & went straight back to them theyve been THE bank 4 me they still are even after this disapointment I understand that it's a lot of us applying but really. I am sorry but i need feedback
