Forex Account not working

After you decided to change the website without informing us first, unfortunately I was the unlucky one affected. I am overseas and now I cannot use my forex account to send money to myself. I have sent emails from monday to info box, then I spoke to RBJacobs on FB Messager and he has tried a lot to help but nothing. He gave me your new site email, I emailed they only bothered to tell me to clean my java cache which I did but nothing. I send the error that I get still nothing, it was only RBJacobs who bothered to give me a reference number. I am only roaming sms use my email address [Email Removed] to contact me. Ref i was given 311668.I hope it is understood that I have to euros left, and i avoid using the credit card here due to your fees..I want my account back the way it was, and today for some reason i was asked to verify myself and address which was strange as i had it set more than 3 months ago
