I am a platinum account holder with FNB, both credit card and cheque account and am always pleasantly happy with the service from the permier division however i recently boughts goods via FNB's online Forex banking tool and was highly annoyed!
Todays payment - i attach the invoice, addressed to me, then further email it to the address advertised on line at 10:11am this morning to [Email Removed] At 3:31pm i get an email (not even a cal from the agentsl) from [Email Removed] saying i still need to attach an invoice. Now i dont understand this i attach the PI on the payment and further email it and now i am being asked to email it again. This is unacceptable as i am looking at purchasing my import license and use the tool. Remember FNB you charge me comission for this service and you are meant to make this an easy transaction yet no i have to deay delivery of my gifts due to me not recieving the proof of payment and YOUR INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS"S advertised on line. I want the payment released today and proof sent to me immediately!! Sort this out
