Customer Service & Branch not on the same page

I lost my cheque card on Tuesday 16 July. I ordered a new card on the same day and requested that the card be delivered to the Mowbray branch. On Friday, 19 July I tried to contact the Mowbray branch on (021) 686-8533 at 09H20, to find out if the card has been delivered, but nobody answered the phone. I tried for about 10 minutes, still no answer. I then contacted Customer Services and was assured that the card was delivered to the Mowbray branch where I can go and collect it. When I got to the bank, there was NO CARD! Please can the branch and Customer service get on the same page I took time off from work to go into the branch! And it would have helped a great deal if Mowbray branch actually answered their phone.
