What a load of rubbish, I received an SMS that my car instalments would be increasing due to not showing proof of insurance which I have had for last 7 years with the same insurance company, despite repeated email sent to confirm that I do in fact have insurance, money has still been deducted from my account, I have made repeated phone calls and wasting valuable time and have not once been able to speak to anybody beside a stupid answering service, ABSA I would just like to let you know that I have been a customer of your for the last 19 years and this incident has made me seriously reconsider who I should be banking with. If you are looking for a way to lose customers you have definitely found the right way to do it. I think your customer service.
