First National Bank
No response after 4 emails sent

I have sent 4/5 emails to the email address [Email Removed] about a refund not reflecting in my account and I have heard absolutely nothing! I also called the call center and spoke to Arnold and received a reference number rh13051527577. I got no where with him as all he said to me was send an email even after I said I had send numerous without a response.

I need feedback immediately, I want the money in my account.
