FNB have decided to change their entire website and in the process WIPED ALL MY FOREX details which means that I cannot send money overseas.
Each time I go on to transfer money the website is asking for some authroisation code which I cannot locate anywhere and FNB do not provide any details on where to find this.
I went to the branch on Saturday to get help where they advised "we do not do forex on a Saturday" now how is a person supposed to get help if they work Monday to Friday... This is contineous with FNB, I have to transfer money monthly internationally but constantly have issues, FNB sort your FOrex out its an absolute joke in this day and age
