I cannot believe I am struggling like this!!!

I applied for a R3000 loan from FNB last week thursday, this was done online, I then got am sms saying I must fax a copy of my ID and payslip, becuase I do not have access to fax I called in to enquire if I could not email them. I was given [Email Removed] I scanned and email these docs, after that I got more that6 sms saying I must fax these docs, I logged a complaint on the website as I was getting these sms but docs were sent. Dee from FNB called me and said I must resend the docs to FAX number 0114256053 which I told her again I do not have access to fax, she then said I must send email to [Email Removed] she promised to take ownership, but still today she has not called to confirm if she got the docs or not. I am with the service I am getting from FNB, firstly they made a mistake with my account profile. I even switch off my TV when I see FNB adverts, HOW CAN I HELP YOU... go to, resolve this issue then I can say you helped me. I know I will have to log one more request for this query to resolved, so please dissapoint me.
