After realising that my account has been debited with an amount of R350 three hours ago, the first thing that came to my thoughts was logging in to Hello Peter. Yes I did apply for a loan online and few days later a consultant called explained everything and pre-approved a loan of R600, he sent me the contract via email and requesting my payslip, bank statement and ID copy, I would pay R350 per month for 3 months. Then few days later a lady called several times requesting a signed contract and these Docs and said, in order for them to proceed with application they need those docs. Also to my surprise I didn't even summit any of these docs to them and why did they proceed with this without my consent. I want answers and my refund ASAP.
