Failure to change dt order and ongoing poorservice

Called the cc in 2nd wk of July to change dt order on my wife's acc. The lady update the details but asked that we complete the website form with docs and send it through for confirmation. Completed docs and emailed on 17/07.no response.19/07 I ask for feedback, get a case nr 3740061. then a response to say there was no docs attached. I send the docs again on 22/7, they reply to say no docs. I ask that they call me. I missed the call but no one left a message and the nr does not exist when I call back. I send the docs again and ask for the fax nr where I can send it to in the email. A week later 29/7, still not response, I email again. No response. I call and speak to Peter on 31/07, explain everything. I tell him to give a fax nr where I can send it to. He places me on hold and comes back and expect me to email it again, after I told him I am not doing it again as they are not 'receiving' it. I ask to speak to the supervisor. supervisor busy, will call back. A week later and I am still waiting.

So lets hope you get it right... do not call me from a nr that does not exist. If I cant take your call leave a message with your name and surname and a proper contact nr.
