1 MONTH LATER - STILL MY MONEY HASNT BEEN PAID OUT

I called the liberty life call centre on 01/112013 to withdraw my policy benefits & cancel the debit order. I was told to complete withdrawal & SARS forms & email to [Email Removed] would be processed within 3 to 5 working days. The docs were sent on the same day. I received no response/feedback from Liberty. On 15/11/2013 I called liberty again for a status update. They said that they never received the docs due to the incorrect email address that was provided by the previous consultant. I should use [Email Removed] forwarded my docs to that address. Having received no response again I called liberty on 18/11/2013, they said I hadn't completed a "PAID UP FORM", which was never provided or mentioned. I submitted it. On 25/11/2013 a debit order for this policy went through. I submitted a complaint for this and requested a reversal. No response was received for this, instead an email saying they need to verify the principal member. I called on 27/11/2013, I was told that the "MEMBER INFO FORM" which is the 1st attached doc hasn't been received. I mailed the docs again. I have still not received a response till today. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED & SCARED TO INVEST AGAIN WITH LIBERTY LIFE
