I am trying to apply for a second bond at standard bank. I have tried 20 times to get my docs to them but they just say that they didn't receive them [Email Removed] I then sent my docs directly to two Call agents working at STBank, and they said that they received the docs and will forward it on my behave to [Email Removed] This obviously didn't work because when I phoned back the 20th time they still didn't receive it. Eventually after about 5 days of struggling they received my docs. I then Received a call from a call center agent stating that he needs my wife's docs but they will continue with the application and just leave my wife out of the application. Today 2013/02/21 I received a call from the complaints departments at STbank (after almost a week) stating that my application has been closed and the He will now sort this out for me. Just want every body to know what awesome service I have received during the last two weeks with Standard Bank. I really hope that this coming two week we will maybe have a positive result...
