I called the number 0210720312 and a lady by the name of Carol answered, She interupted me as I was about to tell her the nature of my query and cut in to say let me transfer you to the call centre and the next thing I was on hold for more than 10 minures. For the fact that she couldnt even wait to hear what I was calling about and just passed me on to the call centre is EXTREMELY RUDE and she shouldnt be the face of the company if thats how she reacts. Very IMPATIENT and VERY unhelpful.
