TRYING TO CANCEL EDUCATION POLICY FOR MY DAUGHTER

I OPENED AN EDUCATION INVESTMENT POLICY WITH METROPOLITAN LAST YEAR AUGUST (2012), THROUGH ONE OF THE CONSULTANTS SIPHIWE KHUMALO. I SUBMITTED MY DAUGHTERS BIRTH CERT ID COPY SALARY SLIP, I DID ALL THAT & THE POLICY WAS ACTIVATED. TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CONTRACT DOCS ABOUT THE POLICY, BUT METROPOLITAN DEBITS MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH R200.00. I CALLED THE Co CALL CENTRE LAST WEEK I WAS GIVEN REFERENCE NO: 22607513 AND INFORMED THAT, WHEN CANCELLING THE POLICY I WILL HAVE TO FORWARD MY CERTIFIED ID COPY BANK STATEMENT CHILD'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE.I SUBMITTED DOCS VIA E-MAIL ON TUESDAY THE 9TH APRIL 2013 & I RECEIVED AN AUTOMATED REPLY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. TODAY I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AND WAS TOLD I SHOULD SENT THE DOCS AGAIN TO [Email Removed] I WAS TOLD THEY CAN NOT SURRENDER MY POLICY BECAUSE MY DOCS ARE INCOMPLETE.I ASK HOW THAT IS POSSIBLE, I WAS TOLD THE CHILD'S BIRTH CERT IS NOT CORRECT, I SHOULD GO TO HOME AFFAIRS AND APPLY FOR A SO CALLED "LOND BIRTH CERT". THIS IS REDICULOUS, I HAVE BEING PAYING FOR A SERVICE FOR OVER 8MONTHS NO CONTRACT DOCS SENT.
PLEASE HELP RESOLVE THIS MATTER PETER.
