Terrible service

I have faxed change of ownership documents on Monday morning. We got no response. My husband called on Tuesday. He was told when they receive the docs they will call. Lady had bad attitude and told him he is not only person changing ownership. Tuesday evening I placed comment on Facebook. I was called back and tol they will call when they receive docs and she can't follow up as its a different department and she only handles social media. She asked me to email to [Email Removed] I have emailed docs this morning. The email was read. We still have not had a call back. How can a fax take 3 days to be delivered? I have proof of delivery. And how can one department not follow up with another. Even the call centre said they can't follow up. That's disgusting. I would never had installed it had I known it was such a problem.
