I phoned this morning to get a quote on motor insurance, I spoke to Joel Beresford and told him the premium that I got on-line, he completed the application, the quote came it more expensive than the website quote but after negotiating he managed to get me a better premium and it beats my current insurance premium. Joel definately went the extra mile and he was pleasant to deal with over the phone. He has a sense of humour which is rare when dealing with call centre personal. Thanks Joel you made my day!
