Good day Capitec management, are there anybody out there that can perhaps help me, this is the only way to get hold of anybody these days, as all the call centres just sticks with one rule, and if a person explains there situation, then they still stick to the rule. I please urgently need to clear a cheque that was deposited into my account, I an willing to pay all the cost to get this cheque cleared and available, 7 to 14 working days is just to long, and UNISA was suppose to pay it into my account and it should have been available immediately, but it is not, as UNISA is a known varsity in SA and I am sure that there will not be any problems with their cheques. Could anybody at CAPITEC please help your customer with this very urgent request as the cheque that was deposited intom my account must pay my rent, asap. PLEASE help me.
