1. ATMs don't accept cheque deposits.
2. No cheque deposit box inside bank.
3. Have to stand in queue to deposit cheque.
4. Service Champion not fully trained on all aspects of banking. At times needs to be looked for and does not look for customers' attention to render assistance. Only appears to be a translator.
5. Bank teller declined to write a letter to confirm client's banking details because they "don't have a template'' to do that!
6. Smoking bank tellers smell like ashtrays whilst dealing with clients.
7. Banker phones client to advise of cheque book disposal because it has not been collected... but get this... it's not their policy to phone client when the cheque book arrives!!
8. No queue seating for clients - unacceptable for the aged, creating an exhausting and frustrating experience.
9. Internet lines slow down bank tellers and many times force forex transactions to opposition around the corner.
10. Investment banking lagging when compared to the opposition.
Come on Nedbank... are you running a bank for the convenience of your staff or for your clients?
Take a walk downstairs to Capitec and get a lesson on how personal banking should be conducted.
