FNB does nit stick to their arrangement with me

After FNB charge me with bank charges, I received the following email:
10 July 2012
Dear Mr Du Plessis
However, we will reverse the monthly account fee before close of business today and the pricing option will be changed back to the Investment Rebate option until your fixed deposit matures on 18/08/2015.

Once again FNB cherged me with bank charges and I received the following email:
2013/09/02
Dear Mr Du Plessis
We refer to your complaint regarding the Cheque deposit fee charged to your Encore Cheque account.
The Cheque Deposit fee charged to your account is as a result of the below Cheque deposit, performed inside the Branch:
CHEQUE DEP LA MUSTIQU 1, 200.00 16.00 08/28
Cheque deposits performed at an FNB ATM and inside the branch are charged at R16.00
Kindly be advised that Cheque deposit fees are not included in any of our Pricing options and are charged for separately.

I do not accept the latter email because for three years I have not paid any bank charges and expect not to pay any until 18 Aug 2015, as per agreement with FNB dated 10 July 2012.
