Standard Bank is the most inefficient bank ever. Firstly we go to Standard Bank sandton for assistance with clearance of a cheque. Their response is unfortunately we cannot assist you. The cheque was not deposited by us. Is this a banking group or what! No customer service what so ever. Maybe you should be asking youselves: Did I make my clent smile? Or did I allow the customer to leave here unhappy. Secondly we told to contact honeycrest branch, a call centre that takes 10 mins to connect a call. And still waiting for a call back. Phone the branch again to be told sorry I see on the system that the branch closes @ 11. Bye bye airtime. So can someone clear the cheque for me, or if that is an issue, maybe you should advise your clients to no longer issue cheques. The cheque was deposited at honeycrest by my client into my business account!
