Clients being debited twice

We would like to bring the attention to everyone about FNB Swipe Card facilities as a company we have a swipe card like any other and have noticed that our clients have been debited twice for the same treatment that was done once only, we have bought it to the attention of FNB numerous times regarding this issue and nothing has been done till this date, it is absolutely bad service as well as it doesn't give our company a good name as it is a new company.
