Moving Forward .. I dont think so moving backwards

Three weeks ago I tried to pay with my Std Bank cheque card and twice the transaction was declined and then I realised that my Titanium cheque card expired. The next morning I phoned Std Bank and was advised that they only advised their customers if you are a private bank client that you card is ready for collection. Two weeks ago I went to Centurion Branch to collect my cheque card and enquired by a friendly lady what is the requirements to apply for private banking end then I realised that I qualify and hopefully I don't need to stand in queue nest time to collect my cheque card and then requested for my prestige banker to phone me. On Tuesday last week I got a call from my so called prestige banker which can hardly speak English I think her name is Ussie?? could not hear properly and she asked what my monthly income is which I confirmed and was then informed that I don;t quality however when I said she needs to multiply the figure with 12 she that realised that I do quality I must say it took at least 10 inutes for her to write the amount down repeating the amount several times to her. She then said that Thabisile? will contact me and needles to say I'm still waiting.
