Outstanding refund

I had an account with Nedbank, because of debts I have got myself to I ended up on debt counselling for the past two years now. I manage to pay outstanding monies on that personal account and requested it to be closed, last year around October. My dedt counselors were still paying them the agreed instalments even way after I paid up the account and they were aware of this because they sent a letter to my debt counserlor to request proof of my account for refund, its been more than 3 months and still waiting for that refund. It might be not a lot but add those R53.91 by the months I paid extra and if it was in a bank I would have got interest on that money.
