Groupon SA delaying refund

I have been struggling for the past 4 months to get a refund from Group- on SA. I have provided all the necessary information that they requested. Original voucher, Proof of new banking details, bank letter from previous bank confirming that my old account has been closed. After explaining everything they tried to refund the money into my previously closed account (which confirmed by the bank is impossible), so I resubmitted all the documents again to prove new account details. Then they wanted to refund the wrong amount, so documents was posted again. After the first 3 months (Jan-March 2013) they deleted my request, forcing me to start from the beginning. New request was logged, everything was repeated, and again they now tried to refund into the previous account that has been closed last year already. Now they have requested all the documents again. So patiently I have resend my bank letter again today. It seems as though Group-on SA is purposefully delaying the refund. I can't see how it can take 4 months to make one small refund.
