Blacklisted without warning

I went to FNB Somerset Mall to make a payment arrangement for my overdraft, so that I can start to pay it off &close my account. When going to the bank, the consultant confirmed that the person dealing with payment arrangements wasn't available & that he will arrange for that dep. to contact me. I received one call from the dep.where the person said I must start payment 1 July - not negotiable. I tried to explain that due to the fact that I still have 1 last payment of another account, I can only start payment 1 Aug. This person said that he will speak to the manager & will contact me again regarding the arrangement - up until now I have never had any feedback! The other day I tried to get finance for a second hand vehicle as I am having trouble with my car. Not only was I upset to be declined, but when requesting my credit record from transunion I realized that I have been blacklisted & without warning! I am not a happy camper &would really appreciate it if someone could please contact me to sort out this matter. Being blacklisted is not a joke, & this when I took the time to drive to SWest to make arrangements at the bank. This is nonsense. Contact me between 13:00-14:00 as i'm at work
