I changed cellphone numbers 2 years ago. I changed jobs 1 month ago. The OTP is being sent via email to my previous employer and the old cellphone number reflects on the POP. I called the call centre ans was advised that only the branch can make these changes. I went to the branch & the consultant confirmed that she had updated the email address but only the callcentre can update the cellphone number reflecting on the POP. Today I wanted toadda beneficiary to make a payment but did not receive the OTP. I called the callcentre who advised that the email address had not been updated and only the branch can update that & the cellphone number reflecting on the POP. Get clarity on who does what and call me asap with a solution. Stop passing the buck and do your jobs properly first time round.
