I have relocated to Douglas in the Nothern Cape, my cellphone number has changed. I phoned cellphone banking in order to update my cellphone number as I am not able to add beneficiaries to my existing internet banking profile without getting the confirmation on new phone number. I were informed that the only way to update these details is to go into the branch, what is the use of cellphone banking if I cannot change my details remotely and also I am 100km away from the nearest Nedbank branch! I need to make payments from my existing profile but are restricted to do so - why can you not change my cellphone number over the phone as I still need to confirm ALL my details before any changes coudl be applied?
