I do not live in South African and have been trying to update my email address and mobile number on my Absa Account and RVN information.
I have sent 2 emails to the contact centre and received no reply so phoned the international banking number. They informed me that they have updated my contact info via phone, but for RVN I need to email them directly.
I sent the first email 6 days ago, followed up 2 days later and 2 days ago I finally received a response to sign a paper and within 24 hours it will be updated. It has now been another 2 days and it has still not been updated and no one has responded.

I can't go to a branch to make payments, I only have internet banking and without being able to add a beneficiary, I can't make any payments!!!

I have also checked my online profile and the email address is still incorrect even though I was told it was updated while on the phone with Absa.

Could someone please get back to me to.
