FAILDED TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS

I currently have a personal loan with African Bank, i updated my banking details from a savings account to a cheque account, i went into the African Bank Branch located at Gauteng, Auckland Park, Campus Square, to updated my bank account details in time avoiding return debit orders on my account and bad credit record. The teller to whom i provided my ID book & new account number advised me that she cannot update my details as my most recent salary has to reflect on the new account, as per protocol i advised her that for my upcoming d/o they can debit my account twice. My salary was credit into my account, i went into the branch with my most recent bank statement reflecting the above mentioned information and gave the consultant my documents who confirmed to me that she will update the details. Suprisingly when the money was suppose to be debited the next month the money was debited on the previous account number and instead on the new account number of whom the consultant confirmed she had updated my details, i went back into the branch to enquire why and i was advised that my details were not changed! When i asked why the consultant was suprised! This lack of service delivery!!!
