Deactivation of internet banking

I changed cell phone numbers and recently went to the bank to register my new cell phone numbers for cellphone banking.

After my visit at the branch i started getting notifications on both numbers but could not do cellphone banking on my new numbers or get OTP.

Whenever i try to register for cell phone banking on my new updated numbers (with the branch), i would get an error that i should call the bank to update my profile.

I called the bank/call center update my profile and now my internet banking is de- activated, cant access my account, no notifications, my account might even be cloned, cant do urgent transactions now.

And I'm being told to go to the branch. Within now and going to the bank what is happening to my account.

What an inconvenience.
