It can't be that complicated!!!

I went to your Menlyn branch Friday evening. I only wanted someone to help me set-up my I-phone's email. I require a password which I cannot even remember when I last used. It could be 15 years ago. I asked the gentleman to use my vodamail email address to get my details and provide me with the password. Good lord did it become complicated at this point. I have to provide my email addresses' cellphone number. I haven' t used the cellphone number as the email address in 10 years. I ask him to check on his system, as all my information can be displayed by using my cellphone number. 10 min this and that - final answer I need your cellphone number. I got up and left! Can someone help me?
