I have moved jobs and am no longer based in Joburg... and have subsequently changes cellphone numbers because of the new job, all I need done is to have the "One Time Pin" (OTP) that is send via internet banking changed to a new number!!!
I have been sent pillar to post by various individuals, who say I should change it online (which I did but still doesn't work!!!) and then I was told to go into my branch (and not just any branch, it has to be the branch that I opened up the account from..!!!???). WHY can this not be done online!!! I cant even send a person on my behalf because they were told that they "are not signatories"
It's a n cellphone number people!!! If a simple thing like this cannot be resolved I have no choice but to close my account (which im sure I'll need to go into a branch to do)...
